Treasure Hours now run on Saturdays and new Captain's Day content arrives on Sundays, so Lil Uzi Vert's takeover moves back a day to Sunday 8 November. Fortnite Status announced the change on 4 November. The launch plan was the other way round: Treasure Hours on Sundays and the second Captain's Day on Saturday 7 November. Item Shop dates have not changed, so cosmetics still arrive as originally planned. Only the gameplay content has moved. ## The new weekly schedule - Saturdays: Treasure Hours, the season's timed sessions with boosted loot. - Sundays: Captain's Day, when a new Captain arrives with weapons, Sprites and map changes. - Mondays: Mastery Mondays continue as before. Updated Captain's Days now fall on 8, 12, 15 and 22 November, replacing the original 7, 12, 14 and 21 November. Epic still lists 12 November as a Captain's Day but has not yet said what it includes. ## Fortune Treasure Hours on Saturday 7 November The first Saturday session is called Fortune Treasure Hours and runs in two windows: 2-4 PM ET and 9-11 PM ET. For UK players that means 7-9 PM on Saturday evening and 2-4 AM in the early hours of Sunday. In both windows, every player lands with a Shock Rocket and a Self-Revive. That should mean aggressive, explosive matches from the first minute, so it is a good time to practise risky pushes, because the Self-Revive covers a mistake. Epic has not announced themes for later Saturdays. ## Lil Uzi Vert takes the Stronghold on Sunday 8 November The takeover begins at 9 AM ET on Sunday, which is 14:00 UTC and 2 PM in the UK. Epic says Lil Uzi Vert and Cuddle Team Leader claim a fort of their own, while Buggy and the Megalodon crash onto the Island. Fortnite Status adds that the new Captain takes over the Stronghold and brings a new SMG, but the weapon has not been named yet. The same update switches on the Cursed Sprites. They were already in the game files at launch but could not be obtained. A Cursed Sprite raises your chance of finding rare Sprite variants, with a catch: water damages you while you carry it. Variants such as Halfpeel'd, Barry O'Fish, Chester, Kelper and Plundarrgh are among those waiting to be found, so players who usually rotate along the coast will need to plan their routes.
