PGL Major Singapore 2026 field confirmed: all 32 teams and their starting stages

After Valve's regional standings snapshot on 2 November, all 32 teams for PGL Major Singapore 2026 are now known. Sixteen teams start on 24 November, and the playoffs follow at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from 10 to 13 December.

The full 32-team field for PGL Major Singapore 2026 has been confirmed after the Valve Regional Standings snapshot of 2 November. Stage 1 begins on 24 November, and the event ends with the playoffs at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from 10 to 13 December.

This time there were no open qualifiers. Every place was handed out according to the regional standings, so a team's ranking decided both whether it got in and which of the three stages it starts in. The event carries a $1.25 million prize pool. Europe has 18 of the 32 places, the Americas nine and Asia five.

How the Major works

  • Stage 1 (from 24 November): 16 teams play a Swiss bracket, and the top eight advance
  • Stage 2 (from 28 November): those eight join eight new invitees in another 16-team Swiss bracket, and the top eight advance
  • Stage 3 (from 2 December): eight more teams enter for a final Swiss stage that decides the eight playoff teams
  • Playoffs (10–13 December): an eight-team single-elimination bracket at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, with a third-place decider before a best-of-five grand final

Stage 3: the eight top seeds

The highest-ranked teams wait until December. Europe has six direct Stage 3 places: Vitality, MOUZ, Aurora, Spirit, BetBoom and Falcons. FURIA and Legacy take the two Americas slots. No Asian team was ranked highly enough to start at this stage.

Stage 2: eight more direct invites

Stage 2 brings in G2, The MongolZ, FUT, Natus Vincere, Nemiga, Astralis, MIBR and 1win. 1win took the final European place here by winning GLuck Moscow Cyber Games on 1 November, beating HOTU 2-0 in the final. The MongolZ are the only Asian team to skip Stage 1.

Stage 1: sixteen teams start the Major

The opening stage includes some big names:

  • Europe: Ninjas in Pyjamas, HEROIC, Eternal Fire, PARIVISION, FaZe, 100 Thieves
  • Americas: Liquid, M80, Imperial, 9z, DENDELE, Wildcard
  • Asia: BC.Game, FlyQuest, Chinggis Warriors, Lynn Vision

FaZe, Liquid and Ninjas in Pyjamas all face a long route that runs through all three Swiss stages before they can reach the playoffs.

The final places went down to the wire

The last weekend before the snapshot settled several spots. In Europe, HOTU would have locked in a place by winning in Moscow, but their defeat opened the door for 100 Thieves. That same evening in Buenos Aires, 100 Thieves won FiRe Last Chance without dropping a map, beating Wildcard 2-0 in the final, to take Europe's last invitation. Wildcard had already effectively secured the final Americas place by beating NRG earlier in that event.
